Some things are in the details. Will the finance deal have provisions allowing management to buy back the convertible bonds? It's not like they get a blank check to do with what they wish. Bringing on Atlanta Capital to help manage these type of deals from investors is what I am hoping WTCT retained them for. Buying back the debt is the key to raising the pps. Like Mecah said this is on new management to prove to us that is what their intentions are. While moving the product forward at the same time.
