3 reasons they didn't put it out:

1. The PR they put out tuesday didn't respond by gapping to .06-.08 cents.

2. They like to trick investors with the wording of their PRs, for example, they have always gave investors the illusion that the "stock dividend" has been approved already.

3. General market conditions are down.
