No, if that occurred, we would need to picket his home and office in RI and have a chat with him face to face. Making a persons community aware of their wrong doings is key first of all.
I know some writers and journalist with various news organizations. They are always looking for good stories about crooked entrepreneurs during these turmoil times! Such shows get very high ratings, and people want to know about scams!
