Roy/ KS: EFOI had a funny Private placement of about 3 million shares a few weeks or so ago- and didn't mention who "bought" the shares from Q-trust. That left Dave Gelbaum with 1.2 million shares left..

Look at the volume associated with afternoon of DOD release...
