I was at bid yesterday but they kept selling below my bid to whomever at .4601,only thing I can think of is a preferred buyer or some kind of covering or set up.

Stuart, Fla.-based Ecosphere Technologies Inc. hopes to convince the petroleum industry that advanced oxidation can eliminate controversial biocides and scale inhibitors. Ecosphere’s process combines an ultrasonic cavitation field and ozone to create hydroxyl radicals that oxidize known organic compounds, says Ecosphere CEO Robbie Cathey.
