Actually based on your on the date of Apr 1 - nobody said Apr 1 would be met as the end date as reported was 3 to 6 months and that makes the end date as the end Sept.

If you choose to attack the company, back it up with data/proof that the company is either holding it up or involved in the issue and case at hand.
If you attack individuals that will not be tolerated and your posts will come under review as part of the guidelines under TOU and removed if deemed to be a violation and if so which is likely if it's an attack!
And if you really want to put blame, blame the DTC and any Brokerage participating unfairly to their own clients, who decided to put a partial block( As this is Stock is still trading with a number of Brokerages ) and blame the people who were and are involved in the Hedge fund as they have Pele and whole lot of other company's and Stocks involved locked and are holding up trading at the participating Brokerages only.
The Good News is that the Lock should be lifted very soon!
