World Series of Golf plans to make a formal offer to acquire the Latin America technology company later this month."

This has been in the works for many months now and WSGF has been consistent in their PR updates on their progress. They updated us when they sent their rep down there to check out the tech firm. So there track record is pretty damn good with regards to updates. Unfortunately we did not get the PR announcing a formal offer to acquire the tech firm by months end. That doesn't worry me at all because we all know when it does hit the wires its gonna be packed with all the details we are looking for, including a formal offer to acquire the tech firm. This alone will explode the PPS sky high!!!!!!!!!!!! Many potential investors are just waiting on the sidelines and will jump aboard once they can see how undervalued the WSGF is after the acquisition of a company producing $20mil in revenues. And intergrating them into current WSGF operations somehow.

This dip in the PPS the past few days has put many shares in stronger hands. Stay patient because it is imminent any day now. Looking back at the "time" they have released past PR's most have been released after the opening bell and before noon. GO WSGF!!!!
