Thanks for the link Jax.

The last thing IBM wants is a jury trial. Qsgi can get damages on top of what they're asking. All the lawyers need to say is how IBM, a Multi-Billion company took advantage of a smaller business. In this economy, a jury would hang IBM. A settlement would save them a lot of money.
