The small trades moving the stock between .0003 and .0005 are usually just MMs keeping the stock liquid by trading among themselves. Those of us who have held this stock a long time might remember when they didn't have MMS on the gray sheets and nothing moved. There are currently blocks of millions of shares on bid and ask but the spread never moves and there isn't enough liqudity to generate trading. Hopefully, soon, there will.
