Need help My wife's sister was going to move her stock to fidelity. But he told her she cannot move it anywhere because HFBG is a category five stock. What is a category five stock? He told here he has seen a category three but not a five this is big.
And that she cannot transfer it to another stockbroker at all tell it is fixed.
