Uh thats true if the company is a legit POS. We all have our opinion on how management is conducting business.

All I am trying to say is that this last week of volatility in pps is not due to dilution or conversion or it would have reflected in the SS from Monday til now.

Tomorrow could be a whole different story. Convertible bond holders could contact the T/A, convert and feed it all into the market.

Future conversions or anticipated changes in the SS is left to the crystal ball. Everything else is opinions and assumptions.

The only good thing that comes from these boards is stimulation of thought. It's a learning tool.
