I talked to SCREAMING EAGLE, who is THE OIL GUY, Par Excella'nce

He says that the African places where BRHM is looking is so full of oil its almost not possible not to hit a gusher

that answers my question why they are looking there

the insiders at BRHM are all experienced there

of course, the location is corrupt, but that just mean you pay off ONE guy and not have to deal with 77 guys as in the US
