Just, I have posted a number of times about this issue and I agree with you. My postion was not popular, but based on what I see it is a R/S. Call it an R/M, call it a giraffe, but botton line is less shares than when we started.

Now, that said, it may work out - BUT - it depends on the Surglin financials. If they have a healthy B/S and a solid sales and EBITDA, then this will be ok. We haven't seen them yet, but the signs are pretty good. Today CNUV is a shell with no rev etc.

If Surg is healthy it may work out. I still agree with you - don't try to perfume the pig. It is what is is.
