No one knows - any real financing will take 30 days to close. Lets assume they started working on it before the summer. They will be ready to announce in Sept when the markets rebound after vacations. Also any news coming out on financings has to be approved by lawyers boards etc... so its probably being held up by the folks that make sure all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed!
