Piano, I believe that if you look really hard at the Q1 report, you will find everything you need. The company doesn't appear to me to have hid a thing, and indeed, has revealed a ton of information in that report. All information relative to convertibles up to March 31 has been released, and you will find additional information on the July 31 report.
Tivus is as forthright as any I have seen, and the reports of a new accountant and potential sales in Las Vegas just add to the topside of this company. I have looked under every potential hidden rock and just can't find a reason to doubt their product or their business relationships. Let me go further. If I had a business relationship with the Marriott's like Tivus has, and if I was L------t, I'd be quaking in my boots. In the normal course of business, L----n-t is yesterday's tech up against tomorrow's new world communications and revenue model. Given the right business moves and current technology, the competition against Tivus doesn't stand a chance.
