He is a smoke blower, Sandy. Any time that he loses an argument, he can be relied upon to turn on the smoke.

He glommed onto the idea that FDA approval can be fast-tracked, and tried to make it look as if CDEX is on a fast track, but CDEX has not even applied for FDA approval.

Since it is now used as a garbage sorter, with goodness knows how much success, if any, FDA approval is not required, I would guess.

I would also strongly guess, based upon ATXMAN's attempt to view it in action, or talk to someone at the DCH who has seen it in action, and the brush-off he got..my guess is that if the doo-hickey is still at the DCH, it is just gathering dust.

I have a doubt rhat anyone will ever ask for FDA approval.

CDEX has no siller (money) to develope and market anything--even if their so called product is fairly useful for anything except to adorn a shelf.
