Even if the O/S were fully saturated with the current stock that I believe is around 50 million with the added 230 million or something (most of which will be either restricted or held by investors) you are still looking at a stock valued at $1.07, but the O/S float will never be that high hence valuation being that much higher.

300 million is huge for this company or any amount near that...could be more...who knows...stay tuned lol
