Just because the debt no longer appears on the debt line in the balance sheet doesn't mean it was "paid in cash" (not that EYSM has/had much cash, certainly not 2.3 million dollars)...so either the debt was changed to equity in the form of shares and/or SG managed to get the debtholders to forgive the debt????

Only the Q3 published balance sheet will settle this argument...
