Here's my logic. Maybe I'm wrong in this thinking, so please correct if you see something stupid.

Last 10Q had a share structure at 900M for the AS and just 41M for the OS. I'm thinking no way in hell this is what it is currently. I'm going the conservative route and predicting the OS to be 500M - probably much lower than that, but again I'm being on the conservative side. So 500M shares multiplied by the current PPS puts a value of the company at $500K. Okay fine, they must not have that much revenue coming in - I'll just check out the cash flow sheets.

Well shit, they had almost 4.5 million in revenue last quarter with a profit of $180K. Maybe I'm over simplifying, but when a company generates 14 million in revenue over a year, and the PPS shows the company's value is only worth $500K - something feels off. Plus, I'm using a very conservative estimate at the OS.

Am I completely off when I estimate the value of a company when I use Revenue and not net profit?

What am I missing guys/gals?
