IMHO. and I think I said this before.
The company seem to have changed thier methode of operation to that of DIAMOND MINING for whatever reasons they have stated through Dale. That is to say: stockpile ALL your gravel and precious materials as fast as you can before the river rises and blows out your Banking and floods your pit. Keep ALL in a safe place. Then process with 1 machine and the least amount of workers. The advantages are obvious in my opinion.
