I wouldn't be too sure about that. I think insiders may set their sights a bit higher than 7 cents. Its the people who got in at 8 abd 9 and are freaking out about being stuck here for so long. They're more likely to bail as soon as they make their money back.
Once it breaks 10, the skies the limit as long as there are buyers. For that, OMPG stock itself needs more publicity.
