I certainly made no implication that it cannot happen, you added that idea. I stated clearly that there exists no filings to show the transaction has been completed as neither Sunbiz nor SOS of Nevada shows a single change since BEHL transferred control June 6th, that is 60 days nearly and not one thing on file. Further evidence is the lack of change on the OTC, not a single thing has been touched. There have been no press releases since the announcement PR.. That is the only existing piece of information out there pointing to a merger.. Nothing else. It is in fact the lack of info that points to a probable issue here in closing the deal.

You maybe confusing other statements about not happening with DTCC issues or maybe the Name/Symbol change as either of those can only be rectified by extreme measures which in one case I know for a fact will require an RS to resolve.
