Nope, a shell still trades, as much as you want the "past" to go away it doesn't in these shells. That is the whole point, that all the stupid things that these people do with these shells does not get rinsed away and all is clean again. BEHL is a pump and dump and because of that it is now a dirty shell that has a criminal past. Just because you do not see any new Pacer updates on BEHL does not mean they are not in progress. Further BEHL is not a reporting shell, it has never reported thus why it is an unsolicited quote stock. There will always be discussion about what is not going right, you may feel it has to be about the business currently occupying the shell, it doesn't. To claim things are progressing is inviting the response of reality.. No things are not.
