YOU ARE RIGHT but its not UBSS its CSTI who is calling teh shots its he who is probably feeding UBSS,ETMM and NITE to do the act and remain at the bottom

I am also watching this closely and waiting for them to come down to ask of .003 and i will then blast the ask
