I sold EMXC when they said they would be merging and as soon as I did EMXC rises. I asked how a merged company can still be trading and they said, "Oh, we only merged part of the company." If I was the sec I would be jumping on them with both feet telling everyone they got $40,000,000 for it. Now, they are dancing to pass out restricted shares which were supposed to have been passed out already. Not much gets by the exchange commission. If something dirty goes on it is because they want it to go on so they can get the whole herd.
