Companies do not charge for MSDS, but services like that can. It's not a major problem to supply MSDS - companies do it every day for their customers.
Copies of MSDS are required to be available to employees in the workplace.

Well, I'm not an employee of JBI, so I don't have the opportunity to view required employee warnings, but thanks for the link to MSDS examples.
As for the link I provided from the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety, the choice of whether to purchase a JBI MSDS is up to you; I was simply guiding you to the information that I thought you desired. Apparently you don't care about that information after all.
As far as providing the MSDS to customers, my guess is that JBI is already doing that. I certainly don't see why JBI would have its customers cough up an extra fee unnecessarily after all.
