I absolutely do buy it as I know several oncologists who have eaten big chemo bills (avastin not provenge) when the patient didn't end up getting insurance approval. They send iffy patients to the university of Miami. Patients with no insurance get cheap drugs (non cutting edge) paid for by the county. Question, if a patient comes in for Provenge and they go ahead and manufacture the dose, then the patient does not take it. Who gets stuck?
