I disagree. I think the price is at 1.25 precisely because the pre-IND has not occurred. When it occurs we should see a spike in the 1.75 to 2.00 range. Then a slide back to 1.50. Shareholders and potential investors have been mightily disappointed that the pre-IND has, to many minds, been delayed, though the proposed contact date has been subject to debate. If the contact with the FDA occurs in the next two months, this news will be seen by many as NNVC actually moving forward, as promised. Until then, barring major, tangible news, we languish--Patrick Cox's glowing tribute notwithstanding. (Just for clarification, I think the price jumps when NNVC announces that they have contacted the FDA about getting together. Then a slide and then another jump when a date for two-way communication is announced (if this is PRed at a separate time from the initial contact announcement), and then, possibly a rise as the actual date draws near, and then it depends on what NNVC conveys to shareholders about what the next steps are after the FDA communication.)
