I hear on the board of the Judges favorable leniencies toward the ESHC. I do not believe that has been the case. So far it has been the exercise of rights and good lawyering. IMHO the hearing of 8/4 and the decrepancy between docs 762 and 766 might tell a leaning. I wish I could listen. Leta sure has not missed a billing opportunity. It has to be adding up for them as well. IMO to stop the acquisition is on the side of the ESHC. The POR is served on the new board. We should remember that there is a difference. I am assuming that any helpful work outcomes paid by the ESHC has been provided to the BOD. CJB
