I have information on this.

I just got off the phone with a guy from CNUV which had my emails forwarded to him from SurgLine in which I sent a couple days ago.

R/S going to happen. yes. bad? not how he explained it.. Obviously if you have 1000 shares at a penny, it's worth 100 bux, and if you have a 100 shares at a dollar.. same...

as FAR AS THE RM goes: SurgLine (per the 8k I believe) WILL BE ACQUIRING A HEALTHY AMOUNT OF SHARES OF CNUV. which means they will own a HEALTHY amount of CNUV. which means this IS going to be a RM...

The guy mentioned that they "may or may not" make a name change as business proceeds.

Take it how you want it. Luke...I told you I'd admit when I was wrong.. you're right I was wrong, all be damned they called ME.........
