The only pattern that can be established is the fact all the companies that William Liberman has become apart of was infact in financial trouble, per 10K's and 10Q's. At which point he went in and shored up a company that was being diluted or was not producing.

You need to do your DD because as of now you are skating on thin ice. Possibly Libelous?
