if you go to the July 14th email Kuni indicated that the revised final Audits where due the first part of the week of July 18th then in the July 20th email he indicated that the revised final audits would be ready by the end of the week or the beginning of the week.
My guess is that, if they are expecting the revised audits then they should have came to an agreement and the problem taken care of it.
