Statenlsd: Yup. Don't get me wrong, if for some reason the outcome of the Virgin lawsuit was something less than validation of the patents, NeoMedia could still continue doing what they're doing regarding.

But, if the patents are validated by this lawsuit and subsiquent wins/settlements against ScanBuy and AirClic, NeoMedia's patents would be recognized as THE "road" to link physical objects to the internet, or as it's referred to by many, they would own "the bridge". (a toll bridge at that!)
