Hope you got it now. Below is the article about REDF and other Indian ADR's. REDF has a problem with the business model itself and it can never grow unless the strategy changes. Just surviving...

Simple REDF does not want to trade in India. Does Google stop trading in US? or BIDU in China? They know what they are and hence safely prefer not to trade in India.
