My prediction is that the release of the delux version and the iphone app will coincide with each other right before the fall ad campaign which will begin on september 19th. At that time we should start to see the first drivesafe/phoneguard commercials, first during "Dancing With The Starts", Followed by "Glee" and "The Middle". This should continue through the fall and into the winter. The grand finally will be a SuperBowl HalfTime Ad/PSA featuring JB himself, Oprah, Barack Obama, Betty White, Gweneth Paltrow and Bret Michaels.
