I'm with Creepin here. I am very suspicious of this entire deal. Everyone thinks it's a R/M and I smell a R/S. Some will say it's semantics. It is not.

The guys from Surgline dont' care two hoots about us CNUV holders and Fong is intetrested in Fong - make no mistake about that. If we make out it's a by product of Fong getting a great deal for him.

We are along for the ride and like everyone else, hoping it works out, but none of the primary parties gives two craps about us.

Sorry for being a little negative, but I am tired of all the POM POM hoopla. This stock has been a dog for the past few months and let's call it like we see it.

Good for you Creepin. Finally someone who calls it like it is instead of being a cheerleader.
