IMHO time is running out for shorters and MM to pick up cheap shares in TECO because August 15 is less than 2 weeks away. The company will how much oil was produced transported and sold, also the contracts for drilling rig and work over rig was done in the 2nd quarter. TECO is a really oil company with producing oil wells, drilling rigs, and work over rigs. They also have the management team to run them effectively. I do not what the end share price will be but I do know the team is working very hard to put things together to make TECO a successful oilfield company.
