... last night's stuff with the radio show ... saw the PR that came out in t' dead of NITE ... read that, read one of their 8k's when this first started up with gatkeeper an' peanut ...
... Peakers ... the predecessor corporation to PCBM, was a Canadian mining company ... but the trail goes cold seein' as how it went inactive in t' mid 90's ... an' I've been thinkin' that whatever is/waz/will be goin' on with PCBM, et al, has as much'ta do with it's pedigree as anything happenin' recently. But, so far, I've found out nothin' about Peakers, other than what anyone can find with some I-searchin' ...
My overall impression of the whole CMKI silliness is that so far, we have no actual, factual, INFORMATION, other than a supposed share structure for CMKI ... which, on t' face of it, is a disaster. I could be wrong, but I thought I saw where they have over 5 billion out, but somethin' like 'only' 300,000 actual 'float' ...
I think that someone, somewhere, who doesn't have a whole lot to do with PCBM, is workin' a little scam here ... maybe tryin'ta get a pump on their (CMKI) stock price by hintin' that this 'merger' stuff has truth to it. I think that someone familiar to us is playin' a game, and whoever CMKI's management is, they went along with it, 'cause they need the pump on their stock ... PCBM shareholders jumpin' in on the rumor, an' all that ...
Let's wait for real news, first.
One thingie's for sure ... the whole SEC silliness, along with t' mystery of PCBM's share structure an' financial information will come out before any of this nonsense happens.
So, we have a real test of credability 'bout'ta happen here ... the slurp, et al, ... gatekeeper ... peanut ... all t' above are either real heros or part of t' pump.
We'll know soon.
Why?
'Cause all that stuff has'ta come out at or before the CMKI shareholder meeting on January 15th ... or t' whole thingie was a fraud.
Anyone wanna bet that CMKI shareholder meeting gets postponed?
