Justice is at hand. A settlement is due. It cannot drag on further.
I think when one sees the true mechanics of the situation they will see that the infringers who deprived GreenShift of valuable business and revenues are the ones who are chiefly responsible for the common shareholders losses. To repay their debt to YA dilution and reverse splits were necessary because lack of enough revenue,
because the infringers illegally took their market share. All investors like jlglex who suffered near total losses of their investments were the first to go, the front line soldiers. The infringing and it's effects forced GreenShift into further dilution and reverse splits. Which were necessary to keep the core alive, to keep them from going bankrupt. The front line always takes the hits first, to protect the Chief Officers and the Core business.
I'm sure our man KK is going to get a big settlement for us.
