Jack---Tick Tock, Tick Tock. Time's up! You have said a lot of things but you have not produced one iota of value to this company. You have no plan, no financing and no one wants to work with you on a multitude of levels. Why don't you make it right with all of the SH's and let go of the company. You obviously are in over your head about how to handle the company. Your Bio states you got some kind of software company out of trouble in the neighbor of $5Million. What company was that? So far all you have done is get EXBX de-listed and the share price keeps going down. Do yourself and all of us a favor and let Zack take over.
