Call first, then post, don't take my word for it, read the email i just posted, even Jessica knows it is a serious issue and it goes beyond Penson. I agree that we need to boycott Penson, but DTC eligible is something a company needs to maintain. Every TA I talked to today (5 total) said the same thing, penny stocks will be forced into this sooner or later. It is a matter of getting away from the paper to all electronic trades. Call, ask, get answers, you will see it is more serious than most realize. I blew it off month ago, not again. It will be part of my DD before I sink money in a company.

I would now expect a PR from Jessica with this included as to how it will be corrected.
