Depends on who he/she is using, with zecco my cost would be about 13 bucks to sell a million shares, maybe a little more.

The buy price would have been 5 bucks, so if he/she was using zecco and bought a million shares for .0001 and then sold them for .0002 after costs of trades his/her profit would be aprox 80 dollars, not quite double, but it would be aprox 80 dollars than they started with.

Personally don't see it being worth the time but to each their own.
