I suggest you research the processes involved in the stock market, especially the penny stocks. But here's a simple example using the upcoming 300:1 R/S.....with a Reverse Split the share price on the day of the split is MULTIPLIED by 300...but also the number of shares that you own is DIVIDED by 300. So if you have 3,000,000 shares at .0008 per share before the reverse split, after the split you will only have 10,000 shares at .24 cents per share. If you do the math you'll have $2,400 in value. And a lot of the time when stocks undergo R/S the share price eventually falls back down.
