I have serious issues with this JAG statement:

"You have mislead our shareholders and investors into believing that you own half of the company, that you ran off Calvin Ross and Giovanni Luciano, and that you played a role in bringing JAG into the company. None of that is correct."

To me that reads as if Calvin and Gio are still running the show and never left. Correct me if I am wrong...Not with presumptions or opinions, but with facts.
