Just got off the phone to the Company & the deal has only been "apparently" worked on for the last week or so & is still in the early stages. There is a high percentage of the deal concluding. The deal with Exile is effectively a reverse takeover ... a back door to the TSX which wasn't available through the front door earlier.... if the deal goes through then liquidity will be restored to Equator Shareholders if the terms are agreeable....
