The S-1 is not something to be out of hand dismiss but certainly there is nothing there that sends me running for the exits. Kim is just covering his and in turn the KBLBs investors a**es legally like a good CEO should and there was lots of great detailed information as well, as pointed out by mike. There are potential pitfalls here as with any penny and that does concern me, however, I have been in this stock for quite a while now and have seen those risk diminish bit by bit with amazing accomplishments that we often seem to forget or take for granted. I think we may be ahead of the original schedule. To bring an unwoven product to market this year is astounding. We have done what no other company in the world has been able to do with the advent of Monster Silk and as great a feat as this is, it pales compared to what may be unveiled soon with ZF modifications. The new platform worm is potentially another game changer for technical textiles, medical applications and beyond. So am I concerned when I read the standard warnings of setbacks or failure in a S-1? Hell yea! Admittedly, I am very anxious at this moment in the companies history. I do have more than a prudent investor should in KBLB. Fortunately my pps average is relatively low. But there are established proven milestones in the can and many more almost in our grasp. The risk / reward ration has improved dramatically over the last year and I think will continue to do so into the future. I likes me chances long term. Go KBLB, Go Kim, And Go My Friends On This Board Who Keep Me So Well Informed!
