Correct. Bottom line, MGRN and DTC have as long as they want to give the new shares to the TA. There is no SEC rule or regulation that states how long a company or the DTC has to give the TA the new shares. No time frame at all. That's some SCARY stuff folks! Once the shares are given to the DTC to the TA and then to Scottrade, they will be credited immediately upon receipt. How long that will be, who knows. The last PR that MGRND released said 7-10 business days, was that just wishful thinking? We're WELL beyond that deadline. I'm starting to connect the dots here. I hope others are too.
