Are you expecting the IPO value to be 900 million to 1.5 billion or $1 to $2 as share using today's structure?

Certainly both ST and Niostar if its also spun like ST is will easily break $1 at some point but that puts ST market cap at 24 million not counting further shares issuance needed to pay for exploration and allow the company to function as a stand alone entity.

If we get a 35:1 on Niostar I would expect it to IPO between $5 and $10 and move up another 3-5X year one. So roughly 18-24 months from now it would hit a $1 in present share structure terms.

This is based on my DD and hearsay of the deal we await and update on if its better than what I expect those numbers could be low.
