END of July, where's the Audits ? they are late 2x ... mmmmmm

-July 15th was the limit after the NT-10k of June 30th
-they get downgraded from "OTCqb" to "Pink Limited info"
-he releases a 8k on July 14th stating the Audits will be released at the end of July ... now we're August 2nd still waiting.....

i guess the fake funding partnership did'nt happen afterall, oh wait it's true it can't happen because the company does'nt even exist ... ;\
