Ok.. since you asked so nice... About 3 years ago I bought 28 acres at auction in North East Ohio for a retirement home someday. I just bought it because real estate is so cheap right now. Turns out it's sitting on a massive shale deposit full of natural gas. LOL All these years and I found more gas than Barnett by accident.
